What we think about the recipe:

Is it pizza? It’s look like a pizza. Is it omelette? Wait, what fritatta taste like? We read it before in the internet, but never try one.

What we think about this:

Ferdina:

This taste sooo good, and so easy to make, I love this. Plus adding cheese and bacon, made it very savory, or we just adding too much salt in it? Can’t decide which one is true …

In the end, this is a very smooth textured fried egg, who wouldn’t love that? Will I make it again? Probably yes.

… if I am not lazy…

Just saying.

Sarah:

It’s gone.

We finish our meal. This is a rare occasion, when me and Dina actually finish our meal, without Dina throwing her food unto my plate! So, Kudos for that!

Easy to make? Check! It’s literally just put all of the ingredients in the frying pan, wait it till golden brown! Foolproof! If we can make it, you guys can make it!

Can you use your local produce for this? Check! (remember we live in Indonesia)

Tasty? Check! It’s so good, while it’s pipping hot, and still taste good when it’s already cool down. I am so gonna cook this again for my family!

Conclusion :

So far this is not the best of what we have made, it didn't have the WOW effect on us,  but it is a rather light meal and easy to make. You can totally make it for healthy breakfast, just chop all the ingredients a night before, and toss it all the way in the morning.  Oh boy, our tummy so glad when we try new recipe.
